I currently.take biotin with keratin together which has helped me alot..

I am soooo worried abot hair loss after surgery...I already experienced some hair loss due to stress!!!!

Some Doctors ask to lose weight keep a healthy diet .. Do you have a medical condition? It all depends..I am diabetic that is why I am going for it I have a hard time losing weight and it fluctuates!!

The six months will go by fast don't give up and also being overweight has major risk so going through this procedure is going to be well worth it you are on your path to a healthier you!!!.. I am a couple weeks away from surgery and I am so happy!!!

Omg yes the insurance sometimes takes time but keep positive!!!..also I take januvia and gly_buride because metformin was killing me I lost weight on it but I couldnt even keep water down I am glad it works for you it works great on keeping those levels down.

Exactly why I am going for surgery I only take pills but is because I refuse doing the shots I don't want to be insulin dependent.
