  1. Hey friends! My surgeons office switched over to the "patch" Vitamins that you use on your skin, I can never remember to do those so I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good Vitamin you can buy in stores or online. Also does anyone know of a Calcium citrate vitamin that isn't huge?! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G925A using the BariatricPal App
  2. Thank y'all for all the help pain went away!!
  3. 1.) How long after your surgery did you have to have your gallbladder removed? 2.) What are the symptoms that it needs to be removed? I ate too much food yesterday and woke up at 2 am this morning and threw up. I didn't throw up a lot at all. But it was very painful. This morning I've had pain in my upper abdominal area and I have been burping quite a bit. Could this be something to do with my gallbladder? The pain just started this morning. Was fine yesterday.
  4. I've always been a fast eater. I got gastric sleeve and every time I eat fast it makes my stomach hurt. I don't mean to eat fast it's just how I've always eaten. Help please! Will eating fast make my stomach stretch?

  7. I am 3 days post op, it's hard for me to get into drinking 64 oz of fluids and 25-50 grams of protein. I'm having to drink really slow because my surgeon told me to (said drink one ounce in 10 minutes). Idk what to do. Any suggestions? I haven't gotten up to 64 ounces since surgery and I've barely gotten any protein.
  8. Dr. St. Laurent is amazing! I was just sleeved on the third and he was so nice! Saw him and talked before surgery, after surgery, then the next day before I left. And I've emailed him asking him questions and he responds very quickly! Just love him!!
  9. I suppose everyone really is different! I'm so happy to know that there are so many people in my area that have had the surgery. I'm doing mine with Dr. St. Laurent in Cypress, I don't know if I've already said that lol. But I hope you both heal well and thanks for making me feel better!
