I love unflavored unjury power with milk it is awesome. I'm 8 days post op gastric bypass I'm able to have soft proteins which is great!! But I love the unflavored unjury powder with milk it's how I'm able to get some protein in. It's weird I cannot tolerate sweets of any kind even stevia , Splenda, equal, etc

Hello everyone I just had my surgery aug 18th I'm feeling horrible I have been feeling shaky /sweaty and weak even after I have had water or my protein shake. I'm not takin any pain meds cuz I'm not in pain I feel shaky as hell and weak I feel miserable! I regret this surgery and I'm having so much doubt. I feel like crying, I'm so worried. People say say oh u gotta walk how can u walk if ur weak and shaky/ sweaty?!

Wow I thought that the premier shakes tasted like crap according to my co worker I will definitely try them now

I had the gastric bypass august 18th I'm home now I'm gassy and bloated it hard to sleep and the bloat makes it hard to drink liquids. It hurts to lay on my bed even if I try to lay on my side :/

@@zackly the pain is not bad at all you will be fine. They give u plenty of meds and also I won't have an appetite. I had my surgery yesterday and I feel so much better jus gassy but it's not painful

Omg everyone it's 6:00am heading to the hospital!!! Bag packed everything ready to jus scared of the pain ahead I hope I dnt chicken out!!! Please pray I dnt feel any pain!!! Wish me luck as I cross over leaving the past behind and move forward into this journey.

@@BabyfaceB Have some sugar free Popsicles if u r feeling physical sick eat a small salad with grilled pieces of chicken I had to do that I'm pre diabetic I was literally feelin sick

@@AlphaB you are so nice I really needed to hear that!! Wow so post op you are actually full after a couple of sips of protein shakes? Amazing! So your fullness is it like a type of fullness like u feel after eating a big meal?

It's tough and when ur goin thru a divorce u always question if u made the right decision sometimes. Then u realize u did when u r so happy and living ur life

@@Priscillapresley that's where I'm at right now it's totally normal i feel like ur giving up your best friend food and your whole life is gonna change. I mean I feel it's almost like a divorce and havin to co parent with ur ex lol and havin to deal with seein ur ex every time u go to pick up and drop off ur kids to their place.

@@englandgirlsleever I know u mean well we r all one big family here. I appreciate the bluntness sometimes it's necessary. I'm so nervous and scared I was literally fine once it became one week til my surgery I've been so scared/ in panic mode. But I will b ok I'm gonna get prepared and get it together

I didn't have to on the 2 week liquid diet, jus for 1 week only I've been having mostly liquids . I "cheated and ate like a handful of rice with very small pieces of fish. I ate it because I was so hungry and weak. I'm learning from this though as to why it's happening I need to drink more protein and liquids. I've been stuck on sugar free popsicles. I know that after surgery when I have liquids I will feel more versus the way I feel now pre op.

I'm horrible I've been cheating in the pre op liquid diet and I'm 4 days away from surgery

@@tcon I switch over to a new insurance sept So literally I told the surgeon that I haas to have my surgery before sept

@@tcon yes I have started the process I'm in the pre op liquid phase my surgery date is August 4th. I'm scared cuz I went in wanting the sleeve and now due to my acid reflux episodes the doc explained that with the sleeve it will get worse. @@tcon I'm meant to say august 18th my bad lol

Everyone I've been havin doubts about gettin the surgery I'm so scared I dnt feel comfortable gettin wls unless there are No doubts in the back of my mind. I'm think about given myself a year
