most military facilities make you attend a MOVE program where you go once a week for a weigh in for six months. Also if I were you I would think very hard about whether or not you really want to have it done there. I was in the Military and had to have surgery twice and they nearly killed me both times.

My co worker is a avid workout freak and he bought a Water bottle that has 32 oz of water in it. he drinks 2 a day during work and more while he woks out. half the time he doesn't even notice hes done it. You can do it hun keep trying.

wow reading some of these post actually make me not want to post here. If you find a question to be stupid simply don't answer it. Some people actually don't know or they have a very crappy NUT that isn't really helping them be realistic. Others haven't come to the conclusion that weight loss surgery isn't magic yet. oh and BTW 20 year olds arent all immature. If you consider yourself a "veteran" try actually helping instead of belittling people. try to remember how people were towards you when you were first starting

Hello, So I've been reading a lot of the post on here and I haven't posted anything myself just because I wasn't sure if it was even going to happen but I finally got my surgery date yesterday yay!!! My surgeon is requiring me to be on a liquid diet from now until my surgery date. Does anyone know if its possible to lose 15 pounds before August 6th??
