The outside changes are plainly evident, plus you have other people constantly affirming them with compliments. The inside changes are tougher to ferret out sometimes, as they're uniquely personal.

I notice as I continue to lose weight I am slightly less confident than I was before. I am getting more comfortable in my new skin, but it is taking longer than I thought. I was a very confident plus size lady. My expectation was that I would become smaller and my confidence would increase. I'm down 85 pounds from my heaviest weight in almost 4 months and I'm ecstatic! I just want my confidence to be where it once was.
Is there anyone else who can identify with this? If so, how did you deal with the issue?
