  5. @@chimboree26 if you dont mind me asking why are you getting a revision to the band, i had originally planned to have the band but my doc said it would be beneficial as i would not lose enough weight

Good question, very good question, I have mentioned to my boss that I am plannig on having the surgery only because we work very close but I dont want it to go any further than that and I havent mentioned to him that I dont want anyone else to know because as you said it is my personal business. Currently I am the largest person in the office and this does nothing for my self esteem but I push on and Im so excited and so nervous about this new journey in my life I really dont want any distractions before my surgery.

  9. I'm new here as well and from the Atlanta area closer to Stone Mountain I dont have a date yet as I have one more test to complete before things are sent for approval. So I'm just taking in all the informaiton I can get to better prepare my self and to surround myself with as much support as I can get. Congrats to you all that have lost weight

I'm in Atlanta and I know how it is to not have anyone to talk to about it don't get me wrong my family it totally supportive but they are not really interested when I want to vent or Ive read something interesting or exciting on here Ive started working out and trying to get in a habit of tracking what I eat they dont really understand why Im starting before I even have a date Ive even had to remind my husband that he is supposed to be supportive

  17. I am making my to do list and one of the things I am struggling to identify is the best Vitamins to get. The NUT suggested Flintstone vitamins, but what about the Calcium Citrate and what did anyone else do in terms of B-12 meaning monthly doc shots or oral. Help any suggestions or ideas. Thanks
