Hey guys! My sleeve was on July 14. Feeling good so fat. And 20 lbs down ????

Lol one thing I forgot I'm 20 lbs down since my surgery. Yay!!!

Also for the first couple of weeks I haven't had much of an appetite. And I've been slacking on my liquids. Everything I attempted to drink made me nauseous. I have a low tolerance for sugar free foods. They make me cough up phelgm eww I know. But this past couple of days I've force myself to drink more

Hello all I'm 23 days out ( sleeved on July 14 th) I feel so much better than the first couple of weeks post op. 2 issues tho. Ive been on my period for 2 weeks and my BMs are only once a week. I'm still on a full liquid diet until Aug 9th so I hoping things will get back to being regular for me. Other than that no pain.

Thanks you guys and gals for your awesome feedback. My vsg went great. 2 issues tho. Really bad gas cramps and drinking and eating hurts. Hopefully this will pass within the next week hi Sue I'm fine just bad gas cramps

Hello I haven't posted my here but my I'm on my way to have my gastric sleeve surgery this morning. Slightly nervous, but I'm excited. I'm having it at the Marina del Rey hospital here in California. Xoxo thanks for your support

Hang in there we got this!!! But noses don't lie.

This is my 6th day on the full liquid diet and my sense of smell has heightened to that of a bloodhound. Everything smells so delicious to me. One of my Co workers opened up a bag of chips next me. ( the Kellogg's 90 calorie sour cream and onions kind) OMG it smelled like she open an oven and pulled out some meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans. Honey I tell you! No lie. I'm doing great so far but is anyone elses sense of smell turned up to the 10th power?

Mine is on July and for the past couple of days I haven't bee n sleeping well because I keep thinking about my surgery. I'm just telling myself to stay encouraged. And I watch videos on YouTube of people that have gotten it. ????
