  2. I'm only out three months and I've lost around 50+ lbs so I'm happy with things so far I just hate when I want something & I know I'll end up sick so I won't have it lol
  3. Yeah the nice thing is I can eat anything but I think my anxiety is what makes it worse! Lol lucky for me I have ocd so I find what works and k stick to it! I just missing having dinner with my family haha I loveeeee pasta and now if I have three noodles I'm done lol it's so depressing
  4. I swear anything buttery, battered, bready just makes me instantly throw up. I can't even have a few French fries!! It's getting to the point where I'm just gona eat before I leave lol or carry beef jerky! I was sleeved April 1st 2015 so I'm still a newbie but I hope this feeling goes away
  5. Oh man I would be sad too!!! I love my boobs! Post op I was a 40 E & now I'm a 36 E! Pray to god I don't lose em hahah id be so sad! The doctor said if you're a naturally big bust than you shouldn't lose them in most cases but fingers crossed! I was sleeved 4/01/15 I'm down over 50lbs so let's hope that ship has sailed lol
  6. Don't feel discouraged. It's gona take around a month or two to really see results! Try to only weigh yourself at doctor visits. It gives you something to look forward to & it makes or more exciting!! Good luck, Hun!
  7. What kind of protein are you using? Sometimes that can be a factor.
  8. Buy a 34 or 32 oz water bottle & don't use a straw to sip. It makes it crazy hard to achieve your goal for some reason. It worked for me & I was sleeved 4/01/15 & I can clear 64oz of water now good luck!!
  9. I honestly found the post op lifestyle to be easier than I expected. I think think the hardest part is going out to eat because I'm scared to get sick so I just take my own snack or food! I'm staring to get sick of that though!! Anyone else run into this problem?
  10. My Surgeon suggest the Bariatric chewable and the calcium chew too. He sells them in his office. Maybe ask your doc what he suggests good luck
  11. I think my final straw was my mom telling me how bad o had gotten. I wasn't pretty anymore & hadn't realized I shut the world out. I was so used to being tiny & in under two years I gained so much weight. I'm so glad I chose this journey & I only wish I had done it sooner!!
