  8. I think you're right. I'll have to talk to my doctor about what I should do about it. Thanks
  9. So recently i went to my PCP because for a while now i had been breaking out all over my face. I don't usually have a really bad problem but its been going on for several months and nothing I have tried has worked. When i went to her office she asked if there was anything different that I had been eating and I said no but later it dawned on me that the only thing i had been having was protein shakes. So last week i went on vacation with my family to myrtle beach and didn't have any shakes. My face cleared up almost instantly. So now I'm not sure if I should find a different type of shake or if there was something in that shake that i shouldn't have. I say alllll of this(sorry for being long winded) to say has anyone else had a similar problem with protein shakes and if so what did you do?

  13. I can understand how you feel my family is very active in church and many of my family members are ministers and pastors but when my uncle (who is a pastor) had the surgery they were all very supportive. Many of my family members struggle with obesity and so I do want to be able to show them that the surgery is a good option especially for those of us who are in our 20's. My plan is to tell them after I have the surgery done in case anyone decides to be negative. The people that I have decided to tell have been very supportive and are praying for everything to work out for me.
