  1. Wow 65 lbs in 3 months thats great congratulations I get have my surgery 7/10 with a BMI of 54.2 been working hard to lose weight since the beginning of the year I so far have lost 60 lbs & that cleared me for surgery. So ready & cant wait

  3. 1St off CONGRATULATIONS ON UR WEIGHT LOSS SO FAR WOW ???? I weight 350 now my surgery is scheduled for July 10th but so understand what u r talking about I had a c section yrs ago so i have that flap & the losing gaining didnt help I ware Torrid underwear size 3

Keep your heads up high & keep reaching for the prize(UR HEALTH) I started this journey at my record recored high 400lbs going for my surgery on July 10th over 60lbs lighter still a long way to go but if I just got to KEEP pushing It wears u out I know but stores have ac & u can walk & hold on to the carts(dont need to buy anything to suck up their ac????) I also started at night putting mint,cucumber slices,lemon slices in a gallon of water & drink the next day.
  5. My dr told me after my surgery is complete I am only allowed to walk for the 1st few month due to the risk of injuries.So you may what to check with your dr 1st.I know as everyone says ever dr is different My surgery isn't until July 10th.

I only told my son & my youngest daughter cuz they will be there with me,my middle daughter(sad story but due to her husband i just told her i was having surgery) i am telling ppl i am having my gallbladder removed (with the removal of ur gallbladder u kind of have to change ur eating habits also) & since the beginning of the yr I have lost over 50 lbs on my own so I have been trying but with the surgery this time I will get past my road block & KEEP it off
  7. July 10th is my date. ???? I am so ready for the new being. Best of luck to each & everyone After reading everyone's post I think I am making myself nervous now lol This whole process has gone by fast, from the time I meet with my Dr the 1st time to now waiting for my pre op appt July 8th I can't believe this is finally happening after fighting being overweight my whole life.
