  1. @@KristenLe well i already lost my ass. so there's that lol. but im trying to get it back. i still feel big to b honest with you. i don't know when that goes away
  2. @@leahhindi LOL it's so much truer than u could ever imagine. #hatevegas and thank you so much. imma keep going until i feel "right"
  3. @@Tmitch817 gurrrrrlllll i got here and then i got all crazy thinking im still fat gotta go for size 4-6. society is a killer with weight/size issues. it's ingrained in our brains. plus i live in vegas. a town full of whores and douchebags but they all skinny lol.
  4. well first of all your doctor sounds like a jack ass. that being said. you do YOU. i know people who have lost without exercise and at least you're willing to be active in whatever way you can! that's super important! i haven't lost 130lbs but i've lost 80lbs (sleeved 7 months ago). i do run and lift weights but when i first started i was 240lbs and all i could do was walk. do what you can when you can and increase as you can. hopefully you can see someone else for post op visits! we got your back here. xo
  5. i went to target this weekend. picked a medium dress and extra small sweater off the rack. i wasn't looking for xs by the way but all they had was xs or xxl lol. i went to the dressing room and saw myself full length in the mirror and thought holy ****. i think i'm small. am i small? on the daily i feel just like i always felt. like i feel better but still fat. could it be that im not perceived as fat anymore? why is it so important? how do we switch over from "fat mentality" to what's real? to what's actually happening with our bodies right now? am i still viewed as "fat" by society? am i normal now? is a size 8/10 still fat? how will i know when to stop? all the questions you didn't realize would linger so long.....
  6. @@Ele marie absolutely! and we're always here to support you!
  7. @@Ele marie surgery was 10/2015 @@Steph~L~16 thank you so much! i remember my doctor saying most people don't reach goal - they lose it at 10-15lbs out but i don't agree with that. we're all gonna make it! i see so many hard working people here on this site! love you guys! <3
  8. hahahahahahahaha right??? jeez. people are so insensitive. i've gotten two that pissed me off.. "oh my god!!! i didn't even recognize you! you were pretty fat before but you look really good now" (reallly? a-hole) "oh my god, you're wasting away, you're getting way too thin" (omg. FYOU
  9. so hi ya'll. 6lbs loss last week which is actually a bit alarming. even tho i was very strict with my carbs and sugar during the week. i cheated some on the weekend. worked out 4x last week but not super hard. anyways here's current pic and also do you guys know about rutabaga french fries??? if not. you should lol. so good.
  10. CW 155 SW 232 GW 140 maybe 125 not sure yet 7 months post op
  11. yeah im with @KindaFamiliar. im 7 months out and there are things i simply can't eat anymore such as bread and ice cream and most carbs. and now i just find i make good choices cuz being small and feeling good is more important than eating that piece of bread or whatever. so whatever you choose whether it's vanity or health reasons or whatever make that your motivator to eat right. i don't eat carbs or sugar at all. don't miss it that much either. best of luck!
  12. alright well. im 155 today. great losses this week. i think my eventual goal is gonna be 125. i know that seems drastic. even to me. but i think that's what it'll take to look the way i want to. honestly. i was SUPER good on my carbs, sugar and working out this week. let's get it going for the weekend! have a great week everyone.
  13. oh yeah i hear that shit all the time. i love the "everyone who's had it has either gained the weight back or died" hahaha. it's ridik. i just ignore people. they think it's the easy way out but we know better don't we? there's nothing easy about it. i work out five damn days a week and don't eat sugar or carbs. it's not less than any other "fit" person has to do to lose weight and get in shape. people are dumb. you'll always find supporters too. focus on that. xo
  14. same here. i just eat often. Protein protein protein and fat.
  15. its pretty disappointing that your doctor would say that to be honest. not very supportive. it comes off when it comes off just keep doing the right things. and yes, it is possible but like everyone is saying - this is a marathon not a sprint. best of luck to you!
  16. I've decided I'm never going to miss a "Transformation Tuesday" again. it keeps me focused on what i'm doing, what i'm trying to accomplish and reminds me where i came from. im still a work in progress but everyday i get closer.
  17. i am in vegas and did self pay. Dr Soong and Dr Atkinson are exceptional. I and two of my friends have used them and had amazing experiences and results. I was not impressed at all with Blossom - just my personal experience. I'm happy to give any details.
  18. gained two pounds over the weekend LOL. being a very very bad girl. saturday night mother's day dinner with four course meal (see below) then alcohol alcohol alcohol! so this week it's all no sugar (not even fruit or high sugar veggies like corn or carrots!) no carbs, no alcohol and clean up my act! workout five times is the goal. 3x is the min. let's do this! need to get to 140!
  19. it seems like it lasts forever! worst part of the process. i think mine lasted 2 weeks and it won't be the last stall but just keep doing all the right things and the weight will start moving again. i promise. it seems like it lasts forever! worst part of the process. i think mine lasted 2 weeks and it won't be the last stall but just keep doing all the right things and the weight will start moving again. i promise.
  20. @@KristenLe thanks Kristen! @Rose1up! I know right? it's so weird. most days i still feel 200+lbs! but this weekend. finally. i felt skinny and sexy and good lol. my Yady is 5 feet tall also lol. of course she's trying to gain weight and that, in and of itself, is a struggle and i support her in it the same as she supports me in mine! now in the meantime i ate all bad most of the weekend (here's mother's day dinner with my dad, grandma and bf) and didn't work out so now i'm 159 today LOL. time to get back to it! have a great week everyone!
  21. So weird news. I feel like I just got skinny overnight. Like literally I feel like this weekend I felt skinny and small and sexy for the first time during this journey. these were a size 9 junior jeans and they were corseted (so all the way up the waist) so i didn't think i was gonna be able to fit them but here they are. i'm in them. they aren't loose but i'm in them! lol. and yeah my fupa is still an issue (fatty upper pubic area/lower stomach) but still. it was good. so this was the weekend. I'm not sure why. But I'm grateful. And excited to keep going. I stood next to my gf who weighs 98lbs and I managed to look normal.

  23. awesome!! im definitely considering plastic or coolsculpting or something once i hit goal
  24. @@Babbs @@CowgirlJane it's not snarky at all. im sure i have much more to learn. the good and bad news for me is i don't eat right. i eat too fast and take too big a bite so i usually get sick before im done lol. i know this is bad but i rarely over eat due to this stupidity. i think it will always be a fight but one i'm hoping we can all manage to win. also i paid $12,000 for this and i don't mean to have that come out to be a waste lol.
