  1. I add tomato juice with beef broth
  2. I am 6 weeks post op and sometimes I regret it. I try one thing at a time. I was told no protein bars yet and i want one. I can't drink the shakes since surgery Haven't tried the bread but have no problems with eggs

  5. I was in 5 days. Was losing blood and there were concerns that I needed a transfusion .
  6. I'm having g a hard time with protein. I think I get about 50 or 60
  7. I have been losing g 1 lb a week and thought I was doing something wrong . I'm glad it isn't only me. I was starting to get frustrated.
  8. I had no problems with my incisions. They healed really well a days can hardly see them now. My problem is the gas that came with it. I hate it
  9. I start phase 3 tomorrow and I am afraid to eat. My protein shakes are too sweet an processing food taste awful.

  11. Having the same problem and it's been a month for me. I haven't been happy either. On top I'm only losing 1lb a week.
  12. I had my surgery in April and struggling with protein shakes. Since the surgery the taste of them is turning my stomach. Any ideas?
