  1. I didn't have the sleeve, but bypass and sleeve patients have the same diet rules! I had my bypass may 11th. I am supposed to be on full liquids for two weeks. I did great the first week and then 4 days into my second week (so 4 days before my two weeks) I had cod. The next day, Tuna. And now a day before my two weeks I had shredded beef. I don't feel guilty about it at all. I also will be straight up with my surgeon at my appointment and tell them what I had. We are human! As long as we steer back to the right path, we are okay!
