  1. Looking good...great job keep it off.
  2. Two minutes for an EKG but an Echo can take at least 1 hr.
  3. I like your comment....everybody don't have to loose a lot of weight..and thanks for being cautious.I had the surgery for things other than just the weight loss. I seldom went to bars before surgery. When I looked at the menus, most of the foods are fried. I was asking so that I can prepare myself and make better choices. That's not setting myself up for failure; it's setting myself up to make the right choice with some advice from others.

  5. good luck girl you'll do fine, I'm 6 weeks out and back at work doing great...easing into soft vs regular foods it not easy you get full really quick. But you can always go back to soft if you can't tolerate the next phase.
  6. good luck with your surgery you will do fine.

  10. I was sleeved October 26, 2015 and on my two week checkup I was down 17lbs....my next checkup 4week will be tomorrow and I am already concerned because I can't get my water down; I may get a 20 oz bottle all day. My protein I get down about 50grams. I am on pureed/ soft but I prefer soft cream corn. My sister was sleeved a year ago and was told no corn at all.( different physicians )
  11. I am 4 weeks post op and was wondering if anyone else is trying soft foods. I tried panseared catfish because I am not doing well with the pureed foods and soup. Am I hurting my self...I can only do two or three punches.

  18. Two week post-op check and I was down 17lbs. I feel wonderful I know this surgery is going to work for me because I'm going to make it work.
  19. Pureed foods Is there anyone else that is struggling with the pureed/soft food phase II of their plan. I can not found anything that is edible to me....lactose intolerant and the smoothie make me nauseated.
