  1. Try drinking skinny stix. It may help
  2. I am only 3 days away from my 2nd week. Do you have any great meals, especially for work.
  3. Water, shakes, Popsicle s Dont cut being hungry especially during day 4. I can't eat popsicles at work Anything else help?

  5. I know shoulder pain is associated with the band (gas in the stomach) when can I expect this to go away? I am day 5 post op. Seems to be worse when my tummy growls. Taking the gasX. And walking. Any other help or suggestions?
