So I'm 5 wks out. Everything is going great. The only problem I can't get the liquid vitamins down. I've never been able to. It makes me very sick and comes right back. It was suggested to do chewable but that doesn't work either. Any suggestions?

I'm 5 ft. Day of surgery I weighed 186 surgery was April 6 I now weigh 164

I had the ban in 2012 . It worked great. Lost 80 lbs...in the fall of 14 it stopped working...my liver had moved around it and they couldn't get any fills in....gained 30 lbs and on April 6 had it removed and got sleeved! So far so good...almost back to the weight I was when band stopped working .....

So I'm 17 days out from surgery and have only lost 7 lbs...I have 60 to loose just don't know if this is normal....haven't lost anything in a few days...

2 wks out and I wish I would have done the sleeve the first time ! So far so good

Tomorrow I start pureed food ! Really nervous....Can anyone tell me what it's like ? It was easy with my band until my first fill ...

Was banded in 2012 . Had band removed and sleeved on April 7. One night in hospital.....so far so good

On April 7 I had my ban out and got sleeved. ...my band didn't slip my liver started moving over top of it....that's what caused it to stop working....good luck

In 2012 I got the lap band....did very well lost 80 lbs. In oct. Of 2014 it stopped working.....flash forward April 6 2015 lap band gone and got sleeved.....so far recovery going good......good luck everyone!
