  1. I was having problems with Vitamin compliancy because the combination of Iron and Calcium made me constipated. I'm in maintenance now and have introduced some more carbs (still within my hospital guidelines). I eat 1/8 c bran buds each day, I've made some sugar free bran muffins, and I eat a serving of skinny pop popcorn a day to get more fibre. Also take 1 tsp of benefibre each day in Water. And 4 stool softeners. That seems to be keeping things moving. Everyone is different though....

  5. Orientation was Feb 11, Surgery was Nov. 26. There is a great Facebook support group for folks who did the surgery at St. Joes - it's got over 600 people on it - are you on Facebook? Jlll
