Yes, I feel ya..I was banded 3 years ago and lost 100 pounds...now I find every excuse to skip the gym and I just sat here and had a bowl of ice cream. I feel like a failure and disgusted with myself. I can't even dry my pants cause they won't fit it I do and I won't buy new clothes. Going to see if dr can offer any advice.

Two things that affect hair loss. 1 diet, 2 stressors. Your diet has and will change with not eating as much as you did so if your not getting enough protein..the hair will pay the price. Also stress, telegen effluviene (sp) Hair loss from stress. Rather it is emotional stress or physical stress (surgery). I suck at handling either.....and yes hair is thinner, finer and straight now. Use to be wavy. Been 3 years now, lost 100 pounds...Quit smoking, gained 20 and working on them. So stress and crappy eating. Yep I know.

What kind of dingbat gets a fill the day before they are going to the state fair......ME. that's good for automatic 10pound weight loss right???? No funnel cake, corn dog, nada. Took my bag of liquids with me. Mmmm. Yogurt n applesauce. :'-(

Reading at work wishing I could take a nap at lunch time.

My band has been empty since shortly after surgery.....well new job, less exercise, more stress and I have gained 14 pounds. Went in for my first fill. Doing clear liquids and I am so hungry I could eat a cow.....and tired!!!! So tired. A little nauseated (Prob from hunger) Does anyone else feel like this after a fill? Haven't had one so I don't know what's normal.

Yes. I am to the point I regret having lapbad. I lost almost 100 pounds the first year and 4 months. Now I have gained 14 (new office job) finally went in for my first fill. But my regret is when I see myself naked. Rolls of skin that gross me out. I sometimes wish I had stayed fat. I had curves and boobs. Now I have rolls and flaps.

Never had one until now....which even Dr is baffled how I lost so much with no fill. I say don't complain and am grateful. Just right now I am starving. Today I can eat but am at work all day and don't want any issues while I'm here. So mushies today and food tonight. I better lost 10 pounds. Lol. J/k

Nope. Been losing steadily until I got office job and sit on butt most of day.

Down almost 100 pounds with no fill (Dr had to empty it cause they thought it was causing problems) I think next time I am taking the day after off....exhausted.

I have had one episode of getting stuck....called the Dr in a panic thought I was having a heart attack! It HURT. Left over steak is a no no for me.

It's an all day event to get to the office and right now getting time off work isn't possible. Asked about a ct. He can't order where I live and my pcp won't order because that makes him responsible for results! Seriously. That was the answer given to me.

Haven't been on for a while thought band life was going awesome. Below my goal weight by 15 pounds. And now I have gained 10. Constant feeling that something is stuck in my throat and having horrible problems with my neck and shoulder on left side. Scared to death my band has eroded. Seen my pcp who is sending me to ortho and ENT doctors, but I am afraid they are going to say the band is the problem. Just have that feeling.

Have had several things pierced since the loosing weight. Hubby loves it and when I get my boobs job, kitty nip and tummy tuck.... the have to make sure "everything" is lined up straight.

I have the band and I feel ya! Heaven forbid I have to bend over in public within 4 hours of eating. Sounds like sashquash is nearby. Lucky for me if anyone notices...my hubby takes the credit for it.

Hello, haven't been on here for a long time. Wanted to say hello to everyone and see who was still here. I think I have done OK with the band. I have passed my goal weight by 15 pounds. (I think those last pounds were my boobs!) Had a few rough issues and my band had to be emptied. ..as in fluidless for over a year now (still down 75 pounds from then) so I guess all is well. Except I could hurt someone for a beer!!!!
