  8. We know how that feels hun. Just remember you have to give your body time to heal. It will be well worth not having complications.
  9. Thats what i got was the box soup! I sent my son out to grab the rest if the ones on the shelf. Organics are limited apparently in our store near the house haha. Greek? Sounds interesting. I will have to look for it!
  10. Walk walk.walk pumpkin. It will relieve the gas much quicker. I have also heard that if u sip while standing it may be easier. Everything is a bit swollen for u right now. It will all calm down soon. Where is the gas pain at?
  11. My sense of smell has amplified up out of this world. Im with u. Im not on foods yet but i.can see how that would make it hard to eat.
  12. Have you tried wearing the compression belt thingy they have u at the hospital? That will stop the constant pulling while standing and walking. Looks like an oversized ace bandage with velcro.
  13. I did gummi vitamins. No irritation. There are also liquid vitamins available as well.
  14. Most that lose well seem to stay with the 20gr or less of carbs.

  17. Hi Nikki. Walking is your best bet. I hear a lot of folks get air up near their shoulder blades or neck. Walking will help to dissapate it.
  18. I love your updates!!! Keep up the work girlie! You are on a roll!!!
  19. Most hospital stays are 1-3 days barring no complications other than perhaps a hernia repair. I was in for 2 days. Could have left at 1 day but chose to stay. I was one of the crazy ones that went back to work a few days after surgery. Wrong move. I made it thru about 3 days and slept non stop for a few days. Took this next week off. Its not the pain. Its the lack of energy as he said. Good luck! Keep us updated on your progress!
  20. @ @@titan05 Hood luck on your surgery. Let us know if you need anything or have questions!
  21. Very proud of you Nicole! I am so.glad you made a concious decision and moved forward. Thats whatbthis whole.process is about. New and improved ways of eating. Your body will def thank you!
