I Want To See Before & After Pics! (Cont'd)
For sure. He and now my second boy are one of the major motivations for going through this journey. As a father I need to be here for them. Plus how could I teach them proper food/fitness choices in my previous state.

Male Before and After Pictures
I posted this in the "other" thread, but I'll share here as well. I am a little over 7mo into this. However here is a pic that was from Oct 2014 vs Oct 2015 pumpkin patch." /> Today is my first day back at work after been off for 7 weeks (Wife just had our 2nd child). I had to buy all new work clothes as what I was wearing was way too baggy Selfie in the bathroom mirror at work this AM - 17" neck dress shirt and 36" pants in comparison this one was at the 5mo mark - 19" neck dress shirt and 40" pants

compression shirts
I personally like the "Under Armour Men's Tactical HeatGear® Compression Short Sleeve T-Shirt". The reason I like this version of their shirt is they do NOT have the big UA logo near the neckline. This way i can wear them with polos or white dress shirts and not have to worry about the logo showing through. Here is the link on Amazon http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004DU56FM Also I have found Starter brand ones at Walmart. However I will say they run a little bigger than the UA ones. If I am wearing a Large in the UA I will get the same feel in a Medium in a Starter brand. The Starter ones are pretty inexpensive as well.

I Want To See Before & After Pics! (Cont'd)
Like most I still have a hard time telling how much progress has been made when I look into the mirror. Then I am reminding when I see myself in pictures. Here I am a year ago at my heaviest and next to a picture taken yesterday. pumpkin patch." />

Spanx for men?
I got response from the seller on the sizing of the compression tops @@Stevehud mentioned. Chest M - 34" L - 40" XL - 46" XXL - 52" Hope this helps if anyone was thinking about picking one up to try.

Spanx for men?
@@Stevehud Thank man. I was thinking the same thing. At the price point I won't be out much. Plus I am going to get them in smaller sizes so if I can't wear it now I'll be able to in the future.

any regrets
No real regrets here. I'm down 122lb in 6 months. I have a ton of energy and I am doing things now I have never done or haven't since high school. I do have the rare "awww man" moment when is comes to certain meals. For a long time the wife and I would go to Morton's for our anniversary. I would get a 16oz ribeye and get multiple sides. Now I have to stick to a small filet and a couple bites off a side that the wife chooses. It's still that inner fat guy attitude working its way out. That being said I now eat much better options. I don't snack on junk. As weird as it sounds I do wish I could eat more veggies. I do my Protein first and that sometimes just doesn't leave much space for them. I'm sure in time that will increase. It feels like I have been doing this forever when in reality I'm still a newbie.

Spanx for men?
@@Stevehud Thanks for the heads up. I looked at the listing but I don't see sizing. What size would you guess compared to UA? I am in a XL in UA right now I sent a message to the seller asking for sizing info. If they get back to me I'll post it here for everyone's reference.

Vitamin Water?
The carbs on the label are primarily from erythritol, a sugar alcohol. Erythritol provides just about 0.2 calories per gram of carbohydrate When a food contains fewer than 5 calories per serving, the manufacturer is allowed to “round down” to 0 on the Nutrition Facts label

Did anyone go back to work before 2 weeks ?

Activity Trackers & Fitness Apps- What do you use?
GPS is not there to help you find your way. It is there for accurate distance measurements.

Activity Trackers & Fitness Apps- What do you use?
On the most basic side I've had The Jawbone Up, and regular FitBit in the past. The thing I never liked about them is they are at best guessing your distance and calories through out the day. Even though they tell you to put the tracker on your non dominant wrist I was still getting steps counted sitting at my desk working. If I was to go this route again I would get one that has the ability to clip to my waist. The next level up would be the same products but have a heart rate monitor in them like the FitBit HR and above. At least with this device if you are doing physical activity you get the added benefit of having your heart rate monitored so you will get a more accurate reflection of output. To the extreme would be devices like GPS enabled watches also track activity. One of the best for the money is the new Garmin Forerunner 225. Although is has a $300 price tag it does a ton of things very well. I would seriously give it a look especially if like me you want more than just a simple activity tracker. My current device of choice has been the Apple Sport Watch. I found a 42mm one on Craigslist for $360 that was less than a month old. The native activity and exercise apps are wonderful. I also like how it pushes me everyday. Based on my "move" goal it will adjust every week to keep pushing you to step up your activity. Even though the watch itself isn't GPS enabled I always have my iPhone with me and once you go for a few walks/runs with it the device learns your stride. Then you don't need the phone on you unless you want mapping data. I also think with the new OS version coming out where 3rd party apps can uses the watch sensors things will continue to get better and better. I'm looking forward to the Nike+ app being able to use the heart rate sensor. Quite a few people at work all use Nike+ and track each others miles and have made friendly competition out of it. Other than what I mentioned above I am a die hard MyFitnessPal user.

Spanx for men?
To an extent. There is only so much that can be done. I guess it also depends on the moobs in questions too.

Where are you guys getting big & tall gym clothes ?
Man too bad this wasn't a couple weeks a go. I took probably 15/20 4xlt shirts to my local charity Goodwill type place. I would have gladly sent you some.

Where are you guys getting big & tall gym clothes ?
Unfortunately that is where I WAS getting my stuff. Mainly the t-shirts so I could get XLT sizes. Nothing I hate more that worrying about raising my arms and my gut get exposed lol. I'm not sure where you are located, but look for places that just sell plain t-shirts for screen printing. What size are you currently looking for?

Happens all the time to me on my iPhone/iPad. I have tried both Safari and Chrome. I'm just not a fan of the mobile app.
