I had a great experience with Dr. Simpson.

I'm confused on the "stuck" thing. I have eaten reheated chicken and it didn't go down well. Is this getting stuck? I'm confused....

Heat helped me. I put Beans in a pillow case and microwaved until hot. Worked wonders and the beans stayed hot a long time.

I had my LapBand surgery 1/13/2015. No regrets yet and down 30 pounds. If you have any questions let me know, id love to share my experience.

My surgery was scheduled for 3:00p.m. (actually had it at 5:30) so I took my 14 year old son to school like normal. I could tell he was worried, not much but I could tell...I assured him I would be alright. He kissed me good bye, closed the door and I balled like a baby! Needless to say every thing turned out fine but I too was worried.

January 13th, 2015! Next appointment is February 13th and I cant wait for my weigh in!

Will you be able to start your strained cream Soups soon? They did a good job of filling me up. I did not have a pre op diet . They just encouraged high Protein meals and Protein shakes.

You woke up during surgery??? That's so scary! I'm 3 weeks post/op surgery. Just started real food, chicken, veggies and fruit cups. I have had no issues at all. Happy to have found this family. I am missing my glass of wine at the end of the day..... any knowledge on that??

Any good suggestions for constipation? Experiencing it now (15 days post op).

Hello! I'm 15 days post op surgery and feel great! Those gas pains were the worst though.... I used the heating pad often.
