Slowing down big time, but still best decision ive made!!

Hello everyone!! I was sleeved on Jan 28th but I've never really posted anything, i do come on here constantly and read other post and you're all an inspiration!! Here are some of my before and after pics... and a before and today face pic

Just over 1 year post op and feeling fantastic!
Started 152 kg (332 lbs) down to 76kg (167lbs) - half my size !

Today I am 11 weeks post op. I have lost 52lbs..My sw was 316 and i am down to 264.
I started out wearing a size 24 pants. Im in an 18 now and I wore a size 26/28 top and Im wearing a 20/22 - But still a 3x comfortable and a tight 2x.
I have not excersised at all. I keep saying im going to start today but never do...I eat between 800-1000 calories per day of whatever I want. I do however eat healthy. I just dont like sweets the way I used too.

130 lbs down, about 30 more until goal.

I am down 128lbs and 6 months out. Another 30 and I will be at my personal goal (I've met Dr. Goal at 120).
I rode Water slides yesterday at Disney for the first time in 12 years! Love my new life!!

I don't have any pics yet but im down 33 pounds. My 3 months is 5pm days.

I'm only 6 weeks out but wanted to share my progress so far. ????

Hi everyone! It's been about 10 months now and I am (and have been) in ONEderland for a while! I'll share a before/current pic below. I've never before shown anyone these as they are embarrassing but I am so proud of myself. One thing with a smaller stomach that I have found has been getting in all my fruits and veggies because that is vital. I finally found a company that literally has fruits and vegetables powders in capsule and shake mix form which has seriously changed my life. Anyway, I always post on here every few months to let you all know having the surgery was the best thing I ever did and I am so blessed and thankful to be where I am today. This forum helped me so much pre-op, so I can only hope this reaches/helps out/inspires someone else out there. I'm also on Instagram @ Ahli92. I love making friends!
