BLERDGIRL I am currently on full liquids and start oatmeal, yogurt, and cream soup tomorrow. I haven't tried that powder but maybe will try it. I can't seem to keep protien drinks down. Thanks for the advice I am looking forward to the next phase. I do see my dietitian Friday

Hello all, I haven't loaded my picture but qualify for this group. I was sleeved 1/19/15. Done 35 pounds since preop, but struggling to get my protien in. I can't swallow another protien shake. Any advice please getting week. Thanks

Yes Paula I have the slim fast premier and the Isopure. I think 3 weeks of this has just got the best of me. I am going to look for the Special K thanks. Where did you purchase.

WELL I made it through the pre-op down 13 pounds. Tomorrow is my day. A little nervous and emotional but ready.

I check in on Monday morning, and I feel the same can't drink another shake. In fact I got sick to my stomach yesterday when I tried. Today has been a little better.

MY SURGERY IS SCHEDULED for 1/19 /15. I am on day 5 of the liquid diet. Today has been hard I can't drink another protein drink today.
