  3. Hi veterans, I am curious about long term success. I used to run in my younger days (would KILL me now!) and I'd like to aim to do this again as I up my exercise. My question is as the distances I can run get further, will be able to eat enough food to sustain me? This is a real goal of mine and I can't find the answer to this. I know I can adjust the band but what quantity of food can you actually eat - I don't want to have to up my calories with the wrong stuff. ie sliders. what is the maximum portion you can eat for long term management? Would love some guidance
