  1. Thank you so much!! I have lost now a total of 70 pounds which was not possible without the sleeve!! We got this girl!! We have got to use this tool to help us get there! I have to admit I am still trying to get to where I can exercise like I want. I walk 45 min a day 5 days a week! Starting to lift light weights...I have some serious flab going on... hee hee...but I am doing right and I am learning to be patient with myself!! I tell my self it will pay off if I do right and so far I am very pleased! Keep in touch!!
  2. Yes please let us know how you are!!
  3. I tried a dragon roll today! All contents settled well. I ate 1 1/2 pieces and totally full of course. Chew chew chew! Not to happy with the MFP stats lots of carbs and sugar...so I will not make it a daily thing. ..lol but what a great treat. ..love love love sushi!
  4. There is this little half of half ( sort of like a consignment shop) where I live.. and I buy really cheap jeans there ( preloved condition) and sell them back..works out great if you can find one of those type shops.. I've dropped and sold two sizes so far! Im saving my money for my goal size!! SHOPPING SPREE!!! LOL

  8. I am so sorry i did not see this...hope you had the surgery anyway... I did not delay my surgery I just did what I was supposed to do for those two days...EVERYTHING WENT GREAT. I had my gallbladder out as well.. I am two months out and 41 pounds down...your new tummy reminds you of how you need to control yourself! I have made such better decisions since my surgery! Don't beat yourself up about mistakes you make just keep going and eventually you will get it right. Your new tummy will not let you go overboard anyway. ..THE REASON FOR WLS!!
  9. I cheated as well up until two days before. .not saying it's ok...but that was the very reason why I had the surgery a tool to help me control my eating..just do not eat any solid foods these last two days...because I have heard that if there is solids in your tummy that some doctors will not complete the surgery! Good luck to you and I pray all goes well!
  10. You look FANTABULOUS! Congrats! I love to see before and afters... so inspiring!

  16. Yes my surgeon stated that it would cause gas..like chewing gum... now I can't chew gum... it's aweful...but the straw treats me way better than drinking normally. I guess it depends on the person! I struggled so hard getting my liquids before.. now ...no struggles at all!
  17. 2 months post op and I tried drinking through a straw.. and bam...guess what?? I am getting in my 64oz and more...one "rule" was not to drink through a straw! But it has helped me tremendously and no issues!!!
