I am thinking being single could be an advantage.

I've seen individual frozen bags containing all the stuff for smoothies including protein powder. Freeze cubes of greek yogurt separately and add to bags. Grab blend go.

@Fatisnotaflaw Same here. Started the whole process in Maryland last June, moved to NJ in October, three insurances later finally submitting but they've asked if i can get my old PCP to write. Deep breathe. We've come this far.

Ugh... i was in a body cast from neck to knees 20 years ago. Tried once to sleep on my stomach and got stuck, couldn't turn back over, definately in turtle mode lol. So i know what I'm looking at!
