  1. You look fabulous ???? congratulations on your progress!!
  2. That's the way I look at it, for me to. I gave myself to many passes, nows the time for no excuses (for me) and I know the tools effectiveness is in its full strength at beginning of journey, and I don't wanna cheat myself out of any benefits it creates for me. Every moment counts ????
  3. That sucks Are you a vegan, hence no chicken stock? There's so much sodium in those broths anyway. Vegetarian with multiple food/medicine allergies. Hence the reason I always read labels and write companies about ingredients. I can never trust catch all phrases like "natural flavorings". Most products are very good about clearly labeling things, but some are vague. Guess I'll just stick to low sodium vegetable broth and miso. That's a lot of extra planning added onto our already crazy busy Bypassed Lives. Totally worth it of course. I quite enjoy measuring out everything and adding it to MyFitnessPal. Makes me feel like I'm working my goal full force.
  4. Not having to hide something in front of myself when going anywhere. Being able to look at all of my clothes in closet and just pick up the first thing I touch, and know it'll fit.

  8. Call your insurance company and ask for a list of approved doctors. Easiest way to know that your going to an approved place. Good luck on your journey.
  9. Godspeed in your recovery ???????? and just take care of yourself. Don't over do anything, and listen to the doctor. And stay on top of the pain with your meds. It's not fun waking in middle of night with pain. I felt like my insides were so fragile the first few days. And keep reminding yourself it's going to be so worth every once of pain you are going through.
  10. Snicker. Made me laugh to ????
  11. Hey you got some coupons out of at least lol. Sounds like an automated response.
  12. Even being so close, if it were me I'd wait. The Drs give us guidelines for a reason. And we obviously needed their help to lose the weight, so why take back the control we gave them by following their guidelines. But hey that's just me. Good luck and I hope it goes the way you want it to.
