  1. Thanks @@Susanfnp13 I'm doing better only problem I have now is baby sips don't help when I feel like I'm dying of thirst and I end up not meaning to but getting a large drink and it makes me have a bunch of extra spit n it comes up in place of the vomit. Ughb but I'm loving my surgery. I'm down 10 pounds since Dec 15. I am ready to do more then walking.
  2. I bruise easily but that was something before surgery. Get in some extra iron. I've not had hair loss yet. I dread the hair loss.
  3. Sweet. I was wondering what it did. Lol. I will have to do it next time I go.. Maybe save it for after my workout. I need energy bad.
  4. I think it may be. I know the guy said u can get in it and it don't tan you and its a red light. And then if you wanted you could tan after.
  5. Is that the one that is called total body enchantment?
  6. How are all of you ladies doing?? I am bored with walking and I hate that its cold. We have a membership to planet fitness but I think I just figured out they don't have the stuff to do dead lifts. And I'm sad that is one of my favorite things to do.. I know they have the free weights aka the dumbbells but I don't think they have the other. I will say though that 21.99 a month isn't bad for what they do have and they have a massage bed that has like jets under it. Omg I love it lol.
  7. Lol I just read and go on. At least the guys are not uptight. I'm glad they are more relaxed. Just one or two of the lady rooms have been like that. I don't know if they are all like that.
  8. @@Elode I agree if we know they answer why can't we help out no matter what room. And I have question on some things that I will not post in the powder room bc all u hear there is them saying they can't keep guys hands off them.. Umm hello I wanna know when that comes back.. when do u get the mood back after surgery? Guys seems to know on that more then in the powder room
  9. I don't think any man has ever cracked the code to us ladies. Sorry guys I try not to post but I do read the stuff. Some things need our comments.
  10. I did not sleep the night before my surgery bc I was so excited. I tried for ever and finally gave up. Read on here and Facebook. Double checked my bag.. I will say I took my laptop but never used it bc I sleep when I wasn't walking. Good luck and rest while you can
  11. My Dr said a snack is fine. He wants me eating a few meals and a healthy snack.
  12. @@luv2plumb that is great.
  13. My lowest incision is about the lentgh of my pinky above my belly button.
  14. Hi I was wondering if anyone has any snack idea and meal idea. I'm trying to get ahead and get some meal idea ready for normal foods. I'm 2 weeks post op from gastric bypass. I'm on soft foods now I don't know how long that is to last but I wanted to get a head start and get a menu ready.. Thanks in advance. ☺????
  15. I'm going to go back to broth and cream soups n jello for a few days and see how that does. Maybe it was just the soft food is to much for now.
  16. Pudding still, eggs, tuna, soups. I'm craving milk though. Which is weird. Sugar free pudding is to sweet for me. :-/ juice is even to sweet. I was never told to water it down though. I just sip slowly.. The bloated feeling is finally going away so it a little easier to eat n drink without feeling full after one small sip or bite. I can now get about 5 small spoons down then in full.
  17. I'm two weeks post op and on soft food stage. I am eating slow. No liquid during meals. Following all the Dr rules but when I eat I start to feel sick.. After eating I stay that way for almost a hour. Any suggestions? I can't puke I've tried. Just spit comes up.
  18. I need to work out some more as well. And I agree it was the best decision I ever made to.
  19. I had surgery Dec 15, I feel great. had a few issues with feeling sick after eating. But it don't last long. Which surgery are you doing I had the gastric bypass. Best decision I ever made. Yes it is painful but the most pain I had was right after. Once u start moving around and walking it gets better.
  20. Here are a few of mine will post more later I have 24 total.????
