I did find out do not use the shot because if you lose muscle mass and the body fat the medication to prevent pregnancy actually becomes lost with the weight. The pills I was also told are a more safer methold than any of the IUD's because of the major lawsuites going on with them. I would not suggest getting the nuvaring only because personally I don't see myself shoving my hands that far up in me and I do see alot of fear of them slipping out or becoming loose. I was told this is very common with the nuvaring. I am currently on the patches and it seems to be the most affective.

After having the sleeve when they "staple" you, ya'll are talking about the outside incisions correct? I was not given staples, I had stitches and what is weird is I had desolvable ones. Is that normal or is it more normal to have staples?

How easy is it to stretch the sleeve? How do you prevent it with confidence?

My surgery was Nov. 20th. I can't seem to get the protein in that I need and it seems my hair is falling out. I feel fine recovery wise but I do not feel like I am as full as fast as I was when first coming out of surgery. I do not get pains or warning signs not to stop as quickly as I did before. Is this normal? I do not want to stretch my sleeve out and this is something I am worried that I may be doing. I am getting 4 oz in but if I eat a pudding it does not fill me up. Any suggestions? Is this a normal feeling to have ?

Where did you find unjury? The only thing I can think of is ordering it online but I'd like to buy it in store. I am on stage 2 so am I ok to have milk now?

If I can not eat much of anything to get enough protein in because of so much pressure and or having dumping syndrome, I am doing the shakes but can you tell me if you've experienced this as well and if you have what did you do to help get the protein?

Thank you for answering my question. The only thing I have concern with is how am I able to obtain the proper amount of protein if It hurts that bad to eat? I literally never feel hungry but I do try and eat. I drink a lot of liquids which helps too. Any suggestions? Did you have a similar problem with the protein consumption?

Is it normal to feel a lot of pressure when you eat after surgery in the second stage? There are things I've ate before that seem to make me feel a lot of pressure to the point I have no interest in eating. Has anyone else had this problem?

I am currently a week post op. I am interested in hearing any and every one's journey in weight loss at their 3 month, 6 month and 9 month mark and how they were able to achieve those milestones.
