  1. Unsweetened concentrated prune juice. 2 oz is gentle and does the job 4oz and watch out!
  2. Any potato chip and an entire container of dip. Or horseradish/cheddar "pub cheese". I could eat that on a spoon.
  3. I'm one week out today. I'm not having too much trouble with the Protein. I was shocked to be down 10 lbs today. I find the savory chicken Soup powder protein mixed with warm Water goes down well and is thin. Today I did too much. I did some light holiday decorating then had a nap. 9. I had the same thoughts. I did my will before my surgery, just in case. My husband was also worried. I was sleeved on Monday 12/1. Everything went very well. I came home yesterday and I'm doing OK. I walked my daughter to the bus this morning. Then I took a nap. Coughing and sneezing is really painful, but so far I'm not needing the pain killers. I'm saving them.
