  2. Matt, GNC 100% Whey Carmel Chocolate is good. I use Low Carb Chocolate milk with 1 tablespoon of SF/FF chocolate pudding. Not that I like chocolate or anything!!! :-)
  3. Penni...love thoes toes! One day I hope to be able to afford to get my nails and toes done on a regular basis.
  4. Ohhhh, I can't wait to be apart of the Banded Gentry!!! Vines..you are marvahlous...in my best southern drawl.

  7. Celeste there was some good info in this thread. But there are others in that were in mid to late August. http://lapbandtalk.com/showthread.php?t=9201&page=1&pp=15
  8. Thought I might put this on top again, just to see if I might get a response. Thanks for all ya'lls valuable support and advice.
  9. Mine is in 9 days on the 23rd as well. I have been doing little things. I park as far as I can get away from my work and since we have a huge parkinglot that takes up 20 minutes of my day, because from my desk to my car it will take me 10 minutes to get there. I also put my lunch in the a far breakroom. If I want ice or my lunch I have walk there to get it. It gets me away from my desk and gets me some exercise to boot!
  10. Sues, try those little tubey things that you put in a 20 oz bottle of water. Walmart's Fruit Punch and Orange flavored are out of this world good. (at least to me) From what I can understand you have have suger free hot chocolate..that might be something to try in the morning. I am not banded yet, but will on the 23rd. Diet V8 Splash is also really good, the Tropical flavor. I have been experimenting trying to find the things I can deal with post-band. I too am going to have a hard time stepping away from the diet cherry vanilla dr pepper. *sigh*
  11. I have no problem with any discussion that comes up on the board, this is a adult forum. If I don't agree with something then I pass over it or go to another thread. We are all adults struggling along with our weight issues and our past emotional issues. Sex is gonna come up...because we are all human and that is a human component. My two cents.
  12. I don't think you will be disapponted Becky, I am going back for more this weekend. Anybody out there try the BumbleBee Tuna Fillet Ginger and Soy? I would like to try that one next.
  13. Just in case somebody was wanting to try the Starkist Tuna Fillets in the pouch they are awesome!!! There was a 1.00 coupon on last Sunday's paper so I thought I was give them a try. I got the lightly seasoned one and I am totally impressed. I thought at 120 calories for the serving with just 1 carb and 26 grams of protein that I couldn't miss with this one! Check it out!
  14. Just testing my new avatar.
  15. Thank you so much Penni!!!
  16. Lynn, can you please help me with mine??? It is in a earlier post. :-)
