  3. I have had the surgery for a month and seven days and I have been having a hard time with protein. its just so nasty I need ideas on shakes and other kinds of protein.

  7. I feel like I am losing slowly.... what am I not doing? I know I am not drinking my protein.... I started at 260 now I am 238.... I want to lose 100 and fast!
  8. Before the surgery I was fine as far as my gallbladder and stuff but it's only been a month since I had the surgery ....
  9. I am not able to keep much down at all... and this pain I have on my right side is killing me.... I have had soft stuffing and it was good but just every thing makes me sick
  10. I had surgery October 13, 2014..... can people give me some advice about food that is easy to eat, also I have been in pain on my right side.... does anyone know what that can be?
