What stage of eating are you on according to your doctor's instructions? Any suggestions will depend on that.

Soft foods

I really enjoyed soft meatballs in marinara sauce with melted mozzarella on top at that stage, as well as sliced lunch meats and cheese slices rolled up.

I would get the meatballs parmigiana at the local pizza/italian food takeout and it would cost like 2 dollars for a big order.

A lot of people really like to eat refried Beans with salsa (if you like) and melted cheese on top as well.

@@Eharmon5 Do you like egg salad or tuna salad? They are both good in protein. Or I hear ricotta cheese with marinara is good. Can you have smoked salmon with cream cheese rolled up? That's soft and protein if you like fish

I am not able to keep much down at all... and this pain I have on my right side is killing me.... I have had soft stuffing and it was good but just every thing makes me sick

You should call your doctor's office and tell them about the pain on your right side.

Right sided pain is often from gall stones.
