  2. Congrats hun... U should look at Ur weight loss as just that... Weight loss, ur down and not going up so keep up the good work... I just had my 2 1/2 month check up and I just knew I hasn't lost enough but my doctor told me I'm right on track. Started off 294 day of surgery 286. Now 10weeks later 250lbs it's awesome and I know it's going to get better... But I still have bad habits. Lol, but u are doing great hun stay positive and keep losing

  10. It's good to know that I'm not the only one struggling with this... I'm 10 days post -op and I have had 2 melt downs to the point where I have gotten food chewed it and spit it out just to have a different taste other than shakes and broth... So sad :-(

  12. Hello WLS family I'm new here. I had my sleeve on 10/28 and my start weight was 294 after my pre-op I was 281 day of surgery. 5 days after surgery I was and still is 270. I'm only doing water, protein, (not the full 60) and broth. So why would I not be losing weight? Anyone have this problem?
