  1. Tomorrow is my day 40 Post-op!!! Yay!! What do your daily diets/meals look like? I have read so many posts, and watched so many you-tube videos. Some eat very low carbs, no fruits and some eat it all... I don't want to mess up my "sweet" losing period by doing it wrong.

  16. [quote name="Rebecca Friesen" post="3665419" timestamp="1416020815" So i am having a hard time finding a protein drink to use. I am in Saskatchewan Canada and looking for a fruit flavored one that isnt thick. Any thoughts??? I am not a shake type of person but could do juice to sip away at. I buy "Sexy Freak - body sculpt " from Believe Fit. I know they are in Saskatoon (not sure where you are). It has an awesome 39 Grams of protein and is not thick like a milkshake. I'm in Calgary. My surgery is Jan 26th with Dr. Ariel Ortiz at OCC

  20. I live in Calgary SE and I will be having my surgery on January 12th at OCC in Mexico with Dr. Ariel Ortiz. Which Vitamins and shakes are you buying? Shipping them from the US is soooo expensive (recommended Vitaleph.com) Thanks!
  21. Hi everyone, I have my surgery date on January 12th, 2015. YAY! I have been looking for shakes & vitamins/ supplements. The shipping and exchange rates from the American sites are outrages (158USD in product plus $40 shipping plus the exchange rates. So I am wondering where Canadian Sleevers buy their products?
  22. I am also new to this site and have been researching for awhile for Mexican doctors (I am coming from Canada). I do qualify for surgery in Canada, but my wait is 5-7 years in Calgary, AB I can't decide between Dr. Arial Ortiz at OCC or Dr. Rodolfo Wilhelmy at Mexcicali Bariatric Centre (Almater hospital). They both sound great with lots of experience and reviews from patients Dr. Wilhelmy is about $2000 more expensive than Dr. A. Ortiz. Both have F.A.C.S. with their names. Dr. Wilhelmy performs surgeries in a hospital setting & Dr. A. Ortiz performs his at his clinic 3 nights of hospital stay with Dr. Wilhelmy, 1 night at hotel (do we really need the 3 nights in the hospital?) 1 night of hospital stay with Dr. A. Ortiz, 3 nights at hotel (is 1 night enough?) It is a 90 minute car drive from San Diego to Dr. Wilhelmy's It is a 30 minute car drive from San Diego to Dr. A. Ortiz' Help!!
