    I bought the míralox chewables. Works good. They didn't have the strips at the target close to my hotel. Gas pains ate killing me.

    I have the un flavored a ND the vanilla! I use almond milk to mix and the vanilla I'd good. I did mix in a banana this morning with a 1/2 tsp of sugar free strawberry nesquick. Yum!!

    My diet is 2 shakes a day and a protein meat and veggie at dinner. I'm so thankful for that. Because I'm starved by then! I cook for my family and that's my only downfall.
