I bought the míralox chewables. Works good. They didn't have the strips at the target close to my hotel. Gas pains ate killing me.

I have the un flavored a ND the vanilla! I use almond milk to mix and the vanilla I'd good. I did mix in a banana this morning with a 1/2 tsp of sugar free strawberry nesquick. Yum!! -
My diet is 2 shakes a day and a protein meat and veggie at dinner. I'm so thankful for that. Because I'm starved by then! I cook for my family and that's my only downfall.

I am Dec 16th!! Im so excited to see others that will be around my date too!! The STUFF is getting real now!!! EEK!!! But im ready!!! How is everyone doing on their pre-op diets??
