  1. Sure it shouldn't be an issue. Now is the perfect time to try to drink it sugarless!! I can do it now and I don't mind it one bit. Which is saying a lot since I grew up in the south and sweet tea was a staple.
  2. I'm having 1 1/2 hr body massage, but it's with my husband for our anniversary next week! I need way more for staying married than for weight loss lol!!!! No I'm kidding I love my husband to pieces!! If it helps the cause I can pretend like it's for this
  3. I'm going back to these! They are what I used since the beginning, never made me sick even on a empty stomach and gave me good labs! They are chewable even though I no longer need the chewable it doesn't hurt.
  4. Congrats and good luck! Try not to stress
  5. I didn't have eggs until two weeks out and I added milk to make them lighter. Make sure it's ok with your suregon and eat slow.
  6. Good luck! Keep us updated.
  7. Some people have a hard time adjusting to the new lifestyle. Food addiction can be just as hard to break as any addiction. The only difference in this case is is surgery is forcing him to stop the addiction whether he wants to or not at this point. Is he taking all his vitamins? Especially a good vitamin b-12 for energy? If not he would probably benefit from one. If he gets too bad he will need to be seen. Is he on regular food yet? If so maybe you could make one of his favorite diners in a modified healthy Way. There's a lot of mock recipes out there so he doesn't feel like his food life is over? I hope he gets to feeling better. Is he a member on here? If not he may want to join, he can go into the guys room forum if he feels more comfortable just talking with the guys. They may be able to help him out.
  8. It could be. Did you just eat? Are you pre-op? Post -op?
  9. I was driving on day 7. You need to be completely off any narcotics first.

  13. It's only been 4 days you may not drop a bunch of weight but it's ok you will shrink your liver and have a safe surgery. The weight will come off after and it won't be near as hard (hopefully)
  14. I would start with some boiled chicken in chicken broth mushed up first but do as you wish just take your time
  15. Chicken can be hard on some people. You just cook it like you would hamburger.
  16. @@hillgirly I will try that thank you. I don't know what's in these vitamins but I keep trying to take them and they just make me nauseas every time. I'm done with them.
