I'm so sick of water
Well if your brother did it! I'm surprised your surgeon didn't tell you about this before you had surgery or maybe he did. I'm sure the thought of it sounds good and harmless but it's not. I'm not sure why your brother would be drinking wine within a month of surgery maybe his surgeon allowed that? Whatever not my business but everyone here has told you the reasons why you shouldn't. Your grown and your going to do as you please. Wine was no where on my list but if I where going to be non compliant I'd drink wine before carbonation Just for the sake of pain. You do as you wish! Good luck!!!

So I've noticed...
@ Ha! We are sleeve sisters! You've done amazingly! Don't you fell 100x better?! I wish I could run into someone I haven't seen for awhile! I told a lot of people and have mandatory progress updates I have to send out to aunts. I guess it kind of helps to keep me on track because I refuse to fail at this. I'm a religious food tracker and I try to follow all the rules. Being meticulous has paid off so I don't mind it at all. I do finally have a bit more hunger but still a lot of restriction so if I do feel like going over my calories I make myself earn them by exercising and adding it in my tracker. My daughter always laughs at me because she's like "why do you do all that extra walking to waste it on a protein shake or fruit?!" I guess she thinks I should do it for cookies!? No, not so much!!

@@OKCPirate Lol! That's awesome! You deserve attention! I'm going to check into that HIT! I'm sure there's a YouTube video for it. I don't mind a little burn, in fact I need it. Now that I have been walking/jogging it's amazing how much easier it is since dropping that amount of weight. I actually look forward to getting on the road. I haven't found any desire to be inside of a gym yet. We live out in the country so I prefer to be outdoors. Which is the complete opposite of what I use to do. I just want to be out now. We are pretty dang close in numbers! Keep it up! Almost to the goal line! Yay!

Stage 3 food question
It wouldn't have been ok for me but I don't know what your Drs plan is. There's not much protein (which should be the top priority) in salad and it may be hard for your new stomach to digest. I wouldn't consider it "soft". You should ask your surgeon if it's ok.

Help!
No don't freak out. Your body is adjusting. Your not going to get fat on liquids. Stay off the scale for awhile or you'll drive yourself nuts, it's not necessary. focus on staying hydrated. Good luck!

Constipation 4 days out. End of lucky streak.
@@emtscott54 Yes, get some "smooth move" tea!! That stuff is a miracle worker! It's natural and effective! It doesn't make my stomach cramp like other stuff does. You can find it at Walmart or health food stores usually.

@@Alex Brecher Thank you! Everything you said rings true and has crossed my mind. I did this for myself. I feel like I have proved a lot of people wrong already In such a short amount of time but the most important person I proved wrong was myself! For years I didn't think I would ever be able to be at a normal healthy weight. I felt like I was doomed. My mother is super morbidly obese as are her sisters and my brother. I am the first person in the family to take the step in having surgery and I'm incredibly thankful everyday that I made that decision and didn't listen to others opinions about it. I've always been pretty head strong when it comes to getting something I feel I need. I am hoping that it will inspire my mother to do it since I worry about her health all the time. She's thrilled for me and sometimes I sense a bit of jealously from her but not in a bad way. I think she's scared that she wouldn't make it through surgery? Hopefully in time she will get passed that fear. I've been setting goals, exercising (finally) and staying completely motivated. I have a DR appointment In September which is two months from my surgery date and I want to drop 20 more lbs to be at 110 pounds lost! It's So unreal just typing that lol! Here's to many more miles beneath my feet

I'm so sick of water
Drink some coconut water if you like that kinda thing. At least it's a super hydrator.

I'm so sick of water
No! It's not the soda it all about the carbonation. Trust me you DO NOT want to drink carbonation!! I don't know how far post op you are? I'm assuming you are post op anyway but if you are new the last thing you want to do is fill your tiny belly up with gas! It will hurt!

Boob job post weight loss surgery
Oh wow you did it all at one time! Your one tough cookie! That would be the way to go though. Are you loving the results? So tummy, arms, lift and implants. That's not a bad price for all of it! One of the girls at one of my clinics said she had a lift and implants and it cost her almost 18,000 then she did it two more times Because she didn't feel like they were big enough....crazy!

Boob job post weight loss surgery
@@jess9395 I want to do that!! How much does it cost to get the two done? If that's rude to ask then you don't have to tell me. I've always been interested! I live in Mo so prices are different everywhere and vary but I'm Trying to decide which would be best to do first either tummy or that...maybe both at the same time but the tummy is rather painful and not sure about yours maybe too much at one time?!

What is on the menu today
Yeah try a sample pack. I should have done that and may still do it because I started off buying the Fuzzy Naval tub and really don't care for it. I know a lot of people love it, it's just not for me so I still have it. I tried to make some Popsicles out of it and it was ok. I hate to waste it.

@@jess9395 No, I've never tried them in coffee. I have the cappuccino flavor for that although I think it taste more like a cinnamon snicker doodle than coffee. My favorite right now is the new strawberry mousse I got. It taste like strawberry nest quick! I'm thrilled with it! I can't even try the chocolate truffle because I keep going for it

I LOVE boiled peanuts and I made them in my crockpot a lot before surgery! I could have them now but it's a crazy amount of salt!

Question... In pain.
@@Rochellevsg trust your instincts! Your surgeon is going by what you told him not an examination so if you are in that much pain go get checked out to be safe! Just becaus you don't see anything on the outside it doesn't mean there's not something happening on the inside.

Alcohol?
I myself rarely drink maybe 2 in 8 months. Not because it bothers me but because I like girly drinks and they are FULL of stinking sugar!
