  1. @@KindaFamiliar Or you can get a big blue pit that takes up your whole body but thinks he's a lap dog!!!
  2. I had that happen and it turned out they did have my paper work but in a different department that handled it first.
  3. @@PissiChrissi Thank you! When you go to my actual profile I have a before and after on it. It's not the best before picture. I wish I had better ones but I HATED having my picture taken. I have one I can make but I had already lost 75 lbs by the time I took it so it's not a "real" before and after. When I go to my moms I will see if I can find some......there's this one. I was so proud of myself in that blue shirt! I had lost the 75 lbs and thought I looked really good little did I know I'd lose another 50.
  4. @@BestDayEver lol! Yes he's the worst.
  5. @@2goldengirl That was "fat" not "hate" I fixed it.
  6. @@2goldengirl You'll get there and then you'll have the grand opportunity to worry about getting fat again. Enjoy the small portions now!
  7. I also do "cold plates" a lot. I like the variety and I can put it back in the fridge and snack on it when I'm hungry. Those round things are crackers made entirely of cheese so no carbs!
  8. @@jane13 Everyone's foods sound good. I ate that same salad twice already today and we just bought two more goat cheese with honey logs so I'm guessing it won't be ending anytime soon. It's just the greatest food!!
  9. Ok! Quick update. I put that I was 3 weeks on that last update. No I was only two weeks post-op. This Wendesday I will be 3 weeks. So today is the first day I've worn a pair of jeans. I went to the goodwill and bought them special lol size 6!! Still swollen of course. Anyway I got some pictures. Check out the one with my husband in the background!!! Caught!! Checking me out! We were cracking up. Sneaky!!!
  10. I love it when people say that!!! Now if only the people I don't like would REALLY not recognize me that would be great!!!
  11. @@Sophie74656 Yay to pretty tootsies!
  12. NSV for weight loss AND plastics. These teens and I all bought the same size dress AND I didn't even have to wear a stinking bra!!!! Everything just stayed put!! I blocked them out because two of them don't belong to me so I don't want to put them on a public forum.
  13. @@Christinamo7 I HATED salmon until I learned to take the skin off (I have the seafood guys do that) then there's a brown streak that runs down the middle I cut it out and BAM I love it!!! No more nasty fishy taste. It's like night and day. Look me years to figure that out!
  14. Also I might add, if you guys don't have a bamboo steamer you NEED one! I've been cooking everything in it. You don't have to use any oils or butters if you don't want and it's fast. Cooks everything perfectly in under 20 mins AND vegetables taste 10x better!!! They only cost @ 25 bucks too. I just love the thing. I have a feeling it's going to make this meal prep faster.
  15. Ok. I made beans and cornbread in my crock pot this week and it takes a good 6-8 hours on low.
  16. The last two days I've been stuck on this salad. I'm eating it right now. Shredded lettuce, dried cranberries, walnuts & goat cheese with a table spoon of olive oil & vinegar dressing. It's sweet, tangy, creamy.... LOVE IT!!! It has a decent amount of protein with the goat cheese & walnuts.
  17. @@2goldengirl That all sounds good. Does it cook dried beans that fast? @@Dub Thanks for sharing!
  18. @@KindaFamiliar oh lord.....
  19. @@KindaFamiliar Awww! That great! Warning......when you stand up you will have a lap no more. Joy kill, I know!
  20. @@KindaFamiliar Lunch time! No it's 10:42 at night!
  21. I will have you know that post of mine have 8,800+ views and about 300 post. That's a clear indicator that people would rather see and hear about my cut up bits than about what I want to have for lunch!
  22. @@KindaFamiliar you'll have to take a picure and post it.,we need something entertaining on here since I'm out of the question!
  23. @@Christinamo7 I'm going to try it. I cook a lot but never really freeze any of it unless it's chili or a soup but then no one every remembers it's in the freezer so I end up throwing it out some months/years later.
  24. @@KindaFamiliar Well I figure that's the kind of food you foreigners must eat. Weird stuff like that. We're normal here in America. I might have to try it though. I'm not sure I can get past the peas with anchovies. That seems weird. Isn't that a lot of carbs also? Lentils and peas together? I guess they are natural? I had an African lentil soup once with peanuts in it.....ok, now I don't know where this conversation is going either? Anywho. This meal prep needs to start ASAP because I just ate a White Castle burger and 4 hot fries. Not VSG approved.
