  3. So here it is....my daughter had this in her room and gave it to me. My highest weight was 297. Pre surgery 267, now 145. I'm 5'8 and it took me a little less than a year. Enjoy! Lol!!! Sorry it's sideways. I'm adding a side by side for comparison.
  4. @@jccanada I finally do and I'm about to make a separate post now! Hold on!
  5. Still making it! Swelling isn't as bad now, scar is thin and hidden well! I bought a new pair of Levi's (at my goodwill) and some tops. No muffin top! It's weird but wonderful!!! Myself and a few of the other girls have a hay day on FB together posting outfits ect... If you're not creepy and want to be FB friends you can inbox me for my info. We don't talk about our surgeries. We just have fun!
  6. @@momfromjersey22 Wonderful! Exciting time! Can't wait to see pictures!!....hopefully
  7. @@rydersmama I put grass feed beef ( regular beef or lean meat is fine) onions, corn, black beans, some rotel tomatoes, array of seasonings (whatever you like) bake them for 30 mins, sprinkle on some cheese and done!
  8. @@MomofFOURRN I had Dr Matthew Simpson. He's a cox Dr.
  9. What surgery are you wanting to have. I have the VSG and I have never experienced any of that. What post are you reading?! I'm missing out apparently.
  10. @ I'd say they will keep for 5 days, maybe a bit longer. I try not to cook mine all the way through since I have to heat them in the microwave and I don't want them to get rubbery.
  11. @@cdsjjotn it's a carton of egg whites and 4 regular eggs mixed with onions, peppers, cheese & candian bacon.
  12. @@KindaFamiliar if anyone did try this I highly doubt they would tell you and they better not because I for one want to see you put ass cream on your face.
  13. @@KindaFamiliar What is broccolini?
  14. @@2goldengirl ha! I can't eat all of them either but I graze.
  15. Oh lord AGAIN? I'm trying to be nice here. I've never had an issue with ANYONE on here but this guy! There would never be a problem if he didn't try to make everyone believe he knows all. We're all damned if we don't do exactly what he thinks is right. Being a "dick" is telling people they are all going to be complete failures if they dare have a drink of alcohol. "Go eat cake" blah blah blah. That's not the attitude to have either. That's not kissing anyone's ass that's allowing people to live their lives without fear of failure every time they live a little. I consider myself a success and I've had a drink more than a few times. I had one at 3 months post op. Do I drink everyday ummm no! Do I feel like I'm going to be a "failure" when I do have a drink? Nope! If he had told me that crap in the beginning and threw a big tantrum and told me I should just go eat cake ect... I would have been insulted and felt like I was a failure. That's not the way to make someone feel. I CANT STAND it when someone says they can "Never have this/that again" because it's simply NOT true. Unless you've become deathly allergic to a food you can and will be able to consume it again. Just because you have lost weight doesn't make you a weight loss expert and you are most defiantly not qualified to tell someone else what's right or wrong. Give advice when asked, sure but you have no right to push your views and nonsense onto anyone else. Unless you have a MD behind your name and you don't. Here's the thing, there's a block button that I know people are well aware of sooooo if you choose to get your panties all up in a wade (over and over again) instead of using it then I have no choice but to believe you like the drama. That's the only conclusion I can come up with. "Leaving" every couple of month only to return and "leave" again (always making it a public "leaving" post) is just ridiculous. You do get the more "likes" and responses to these "leaving" post than any of your others post though so good for you!!!! Toodles!
  16. I got all my food prepping done for the week! Breakfast, lunch & dinners! There's just something about feeling good that makes me want to eat good!
  17. I've been food prepping my butt off today! Got all week lunches, dinners and breakfasts done!
  18. Today I exercised!!!! And real exercise too! I took my baby for a jog/run! I can not even begin to tell you how much easier it is now that the rolls are gone and the boobs aren't flapping around! OMG night and day! I actually enjoyed the hell out of it!!! I also put this picture on FB! Where people can see my stomach and everything . I never in my entire life ever could have imagined I would show my stomach!
  19. Well this thread went right down the shitter. Scales SUCK! You will drive yourself nuts with one. Just follow your plan. You know what you're suppose to do right? It will all work out. I understand you were just making light of the situation just know that the only scale that matters is the one with the numbers being sent to the insurance company. Unfortunately they won't care about the scale variations. Exceed the scale!!
  20. I confess I Am 18 months out and NEVER exercise but soon I will....for real this time!
  21. @@FocusOnMeNow I'm done with it all now, I only used them for 3 days.
  22. First day back to work was wonderful! Everyone was so helpful. One of my nurses came up and grabbed my hips saying " soooo tiny!!" It was cute. The only "problem" I'm having is my medium scrubs look ridiculous on me. Luckily I have a couple pairs of small & extra smalls that fit nicely. It felt so nice to get out of the house and socialize with ADULTS. It was also nice not stuffing my face all day laying in bed!
  23. @@Chrystee I already had it! I have a whole thread on it with pictures and everything!! You'll have to go to my profile and look at my topics. It's under "three days till plastics time"
  24. @@jane13 dense food like chicken I can't do much of maybe 1/2 cup or couple ounces. It's hard on my stomach. Salads and light foods I can do well with. The girls are perfect! I haven't wore a real bra yet shit in the compression bra but I'd say 32 c. No none of my plastic were covered.
