  1. @@cbruce125 ummmm Noooooo! I don't even like them like that BUT I'm considering divorce!!
  2. @@WLSResources/ClothingExch Well thank you! There is so much but sometimes you just want a freaking cupcake! It's not fair! I'm not going to eat one but why was I cursed?!! I feel blessed to have this surgery but cursed that it was even necessary!!! I'm wearing some 7/9 leggings so I'm just going to shut my mouth and deal!!
  3. @@padremama Now that does sound good! I will have to get those things! @@glitter eyes I flat out refuse to eat one of those little bastards!
  4. @@BLERDgirl I actually read that and forgive me I cannot remember who it was from but I have had a spoon full of natural peanut butter and I add a small drizzle of creamed Colorado honey to it. I do like that!
  5. @@VSGAnn2014 No I vary right now some days I don't even eat 800 and some days I eat 1500+ depends on my stomach.
  6. @@Veronica_mm I do like that but it makes my stomach do horrible things if you get what I mean
  7. @@Babbs I'm debating on a cupcake. It has fruit on it so that counts right?? Says the little devil on my shoulder!
  8. @@Mom26 I actually never eat jello so not tired of it. Maybe I should try that but I'm not sure if it will compare with those dang cupcakes!
  9. Ok so I'm sitting here and I REALLY want something sweet! My husband brought home Krispy Kreme's..ummm NO! My daughter is having a sleepover and they made homemade chocolate-strawberry cupcakes.....ugh! Noooooo! So of course now that I'm surrounded by sugar I want something too and NOT protein! So what do you eat that's sweet without the guilt? I've run out of ideals. I've included pictures of the hell I'm sitting in because I'm bitter!
  10. I'm still doing shakes and then a protein dinner. My throat has been hurting a bit so I may just do shakes tomorrow because of that.
  11. @@Rebeccaabrooks86 Three days is good too. It doesn't take much. Do whatever you feel comfortable with. The best part is not being made to do it for two weeks like pre-op!
  12. @@sprocket You made it?! Today's the last day
  13. @@Amberina Hey that's all you! Congratulations!
  14. My radio station picks the funny ones and reads them on air. Some of them are HILARIOUS and I think are meant to be a joke. I hope you find yours for real!
  15. @@KindaFamiliar I would never! I'm sweet as sugar!
  16. Rarely have I ever done this but after thinking about it I have 0 advice to give.......like I never saw this at all....
  17. Nope! Not even good advice. You'll learn
  18. @@jenn1 Of course you can when its that cute! Congratulations! You look beautiful!! Happy Birthday!!
  19. I'm beginning to think this whole Psychiatric Evaluation is a crock of (poop). It's a way to make money obviously. When I had mine they couldn't recommend surgery and they couldn't say not to. Real informative I know. I feel like I've more than succeeded and I didn't even get a defiant yes. They got a good 500 from my insurance company and I got surgery so... I've seen many eyebrow raising post that make me wonder how in the hell they ever got approved for surgery in the first place. How can someone with a serious eating disorder get cleared for surgery before they even have it under control? I'm not a psychiatrist and I'm not a surgeon BUT even that makes me say DUH! Of course they are going to have problems! Same with the Nutritionist a few appointments aren't going to be enough to teach people especially "older" people how to properly eat. I had 4 mandated appointments before I was cleared. I've been studying the body for 8 years and nutrition for the past 2 and I am still learning everyday. With all that being said people have to take some responsibility for their own health. The Internet is a wonderful thing. If you don't know, you learn! When you know better, you do better~ Maya Angelou
  20. @@_Kate_ Hang in there! @@KindaFamiliar Don't be jelly!!
  21. @@wannaBthinsoon Yes, much restriction! I had good before but I didn't even get in 2 small chicken wings tonight. I also learned a valuable lesson. If I try to drink and eat I will puke! Big time! I did half a shake instead.
  22. @@wannaBthinsoon Lol! It's only because of me if its good!!
  23. @@KindaFamiliar I have faith in you, you little engine that could!
  24. @ They say they don't want you using them because you can suck air in...blah blah blah. I do fine with them and my suregon said its ok. So I don't care what "they" say. @@KindaFamiliar Well I'm glad we inspired you to be crazy! If it gets bad just remember it's wasn't my fault!!
  25. Whoohoo!! Congratulations!
