  1. Oh see I figured!
  2. Congratulations on making the "right" decision for yourself! That pretty neat that they gave you pictures! I wish I had pictures :/
  3. @@ridingrae I guess I would be considered "healthy" for an overweight person...I didn't have any health issues before surgery either. There are some sad stories but there's also a ton of success stories. Nobody will be able to tell you how your surgery will go. We all kinda just take that chance . It just depends on how bad you want it!
  4. @@cdenney123 I've never heard of waiting 10 mins before each bite?! I'm going to have to look that up!
  5. @@imsoglad56 Oh I love our goodwill store!
  6. @@laurenella82 I've noticed that a lot too...there should be some kind of clothes exchange link or to sale, buy, trade whatever! There's so many Of us switching sizes all the time. There may already be one I'm not too good at finding my way around this site yet.
  7. @@Aranks You're welcome and yes I did 3 weeks ago.
  8. If you can manage it you will be just fine without it! If you can't well...then I guess you just can't?
  9. Yay! Good for you! Only thing better than this surgery is free surgery!!!
  10. @@docbree Congratulations!! And after such a long wait!
  11. @@Aranks I can't answer on the gallbladder but Good luck and I hope you have a speedy recovery!
  12. Oh I also added coconut water to hydrate, if you like coconut water ask your DR!
  13. @@Thenewnic I second the premier protein shakes!! As always!
  14. @@motherof5 I have egg drop soup even in liquid stage I just strained it. I don't see why you couldn't? It can be a little heavy in salt but if your making it yourself you could monitor that so I don't see why not.
  15. @sofianoemiOh good well hopefully that will help you! If it's just mornings then just take it when you wake up.
  16. @@proudgrammy Lol! I get it from my momma!
  17. Thats right it all a learning process!
  18. Oh scheduling stinks!! Especially when you have to do it around an insurance company! I hope it all works out in your favor!
  19. My plan is to maybe take a small spoon of different things on my plate. Thanksgiving is my first day of "real" food. (How's that for timing!) I still don't have an hunger feeling so I will eat what I can comfortably and then start cleaning! Like I do every year lol! I must have a clean kitchen and food put away before I can rest....it's a sickness I have :/
  20. I heard they are yucky! But most super high protein concentrates are!
  21. Congratulations! I'm glad you are healthy and feeling good!
