  2. @@SeahawksFan I concur! I have large thick calves (that I've always HATED) so I was actually hoping for a little more than that but I will take it! Someday I will be able to zip up boots over them!
  3. @@MyssJones Hummm, are you drinking enough fluids? What kind of yogurt are you eating? Some yogurt is really high in sugar! Of course if it's close to time for your monthly you can easily gain that in water weight . Do you need to drink some "smooth move" tea to get things going? (I now tmi) but constipation can add the pounds too. Do you track your food?
  4. @@slimgal2015 I didn't start tracking until I was on regular food. I kept track of my protein and water in the beginning but that's all seeing as how little I was able to eat it didn't really matter at that time so Your doing good!
  5. @@Forsythia Well your hard work and dedication is def paying off! That an inspiration you are!

  13. @@cajunbebe Drink some "smooth move " tea! It is organic and it really works, you can get it at most stores. Drink it before you go to bed and you should be good to go in the morning. It's the best thing I've tried And decaf!
  14. @@Forsythia 100lbs! That's crazy! Congrats!!!

  16. @@laurenella82 Thank you!
  17. I say sleeve but I may be a little bias! ;)I say go with what you and your DR feels is best for you. I actually thought I was going to have RNY, I'd never even heard of the sleeve and at my first appointment my surgeon said nope! Sleeve is best for you ( he doesn't do the band anymore) so I went with what he said and I'm thrilled!
  18. @@BLERDgirl Oh yay! Status update!!!!
  19. @@IcanMakeit Thank you! I didn't think about it either, I read it somewhere and it made perfect sense! The DRs office only Seem interested in the scale numbers but there's so much more to it!
  20. Congratulations!! Yay! As far as how long it will take all insurance companies are different. Mine took about 7 days. They legally have 30 days once they get your paper work to make a decision. (at least here in Mo) good luck!
