  1. Unless they have set a particular goal for you to meet then no, you should be fine.
  2. Yay! Congrats! I bought isopure ready make drinks, coconut water, Popsicle molds to make my own protein pops.
  3. Dang I'm post op! Call me when they have a opening on good morning America! I would love to sit down with Matt and tell him all my trials and tribulations!
  4. Could be from the way you where positioned on the operating table. Try a heating pad. Shoulder pain could be trapped gas.
  5. @ I only did 3 months but most insurance company's legally have 30 days to make a decision. Mine took 6..I think
  6. 1) I don't drink coffee anymore, I use to live on it so I think I could probably have some I just personally chose not to start that habit again. I was drinking way more coffee than water...not good. 2) I just had part of a smooth this weekend with a friend, I had them hold all added sugars. (10 weeks out) 3) I don't drink from a straw. I have enough issues with burping I don't want to add to it. 4) redirect to 1
  7. People don't think before they speak. I heard the same thing at nearly 260 lbs! I'm 5'9 and did carry my weight quit well so I didn't look that big but needless to say I was, I knew I was and even though I didn't have any health issues I was smart enough to know it would only be a matter of time before I did. I think people believe they are being "nice" by saying such things but it's aggravating, almost as if yo don't deserve it. Lucky for me I don't give a rats a** what others have to say about my "looks" I had the surgery, I'm down 40 lbs and feel/look better and that's really all that matters!
  8. My bill was 39,000+ that's what the hospital billed my insurance but the insurance company Has a set price they will pay the hospital, the hospital won't get 39,000 they get what they have agreed upon. I paid 600 for everything so whatever! Ha!
  9. @@kimdlawson06 Yep!! I've lost most of my weight in my waist, hips and butt! Of course thats depending on the jeans. Those where some Jlo jeans I bought I also got old navy and they were 14 just depends on the jeans. I don't weigh my self very often but I did on Monday and had lost 8 lbs in a little over 2 weeks. I didn't feel like I had lost more but my husband said he could tell. I'm also tall so that helps! 5'9 Although I feel like I'm getting shorter...it's weird, or maybe it's just because I'm smaller that I feel that way? I will take whatever!
  10. Welcome! Congrats!
  11. What??!! We can't eat popcorn!! Why do you say such horrible things!!! Geez now I want popcorn! New rant starts...................now!
  12. Oh ok thank you! Now what happens if more than one person want a certain item?@@taddeimania
  13. Thank you for sharing that! I wish you Well!
  14. Hang in there it's almost over!
  15. @@jmscout6 Yep it stinks and clear just means clear there's really nothing else to add....but Lovely patience.
  16. @@sarina55 Drink the "smooth move"'tea before you go to bed and it should work beautifully for you in the morning. It's organic.
  17. Depending on your surgeons procedure you may not even feel the cath, they put mine in once I was knocked out and took it back out while I was still under, the sleeve works for "most" everyone if you put the work in. I think everyone loses weight initially but you have to be willing to put in some work to keep it going. Liquid diet was not hard for me I just stayed extremely focused. I only had nausea when I stood up the First two day and then it went away, everyone is different so I can't say how your exact outcome will be but try not to stress!
  18. I'm not spending big bucks on any clothes until I get down. I've been shopping at our local goodwill, they have fantastic Clothes! I was a size 18 on the day of surgery 11/3 10 weeks later I'm a 12 so nope, not going to waste my moolah!
  19. @@Sexy-D If you go back to basics (not drinking before and after Eating) it will help. I've stuck to that exact plan and I'm down 40 lbs in 10 weeks. You can do it!
