  3. The reason why they want you to not drink Water for the time is so the shakes don't get washed out and you have the time to absorb the Vitamins and Protein. Not sure about them being that strict except to prepare you....
  4. Well I have made it from 254 to 153 and kinda stuck but that is ok!! I struggle in the evenings because of the people in my home. I dont want to go back to old habits. I want to lose 8 more to meet goal. Happy for my changes.
