  1. I've decided to not go through with the gastric sleeve surgery in Tijuana Mexico because of all the bad things that have been going on there. I value my life and I love my children too much to put them in a necessary situation. Instead I will save up to have the surgery done in the United States. That means I won't be getting it done around February 2015 because I'll have to save up a few more thousands to cover for the surgery but I believe it is worth it.
  2. @@bams1220 yes I've heard nothing but good things about Dr Alejandro Lopez and his wife too they are a little cheaper than Dr Gustavo Yanez too. I may change my mind and go with him because he specializes in the SIL Sleeve Surgery.
  3. I'm from Louisiana. I choose Dr Yanez because he does both the gastric sleeve and the cosmetic surgery procedures. He has been featured in numerous well known magazines and is very good at what he does from everything I've read. I am a little afraid to travel to Mexico but it half the price then wh err re I'm at here is $11,500 dollars. I'm self pay and my BMI is only 33 I'm 6ft 2inches tall and they wouldn't approve me here.
  4. @@Ladiec2 no I'm just getting sleeved for that price. Once all of the weight is off I plan on going back to him for some cosmetic surgery
  5. My surgery is scheduled for March 2015 and I'm going alone to Tijuana Mexico with Dr Gustavo Yanez. I chose him because he specializes in both Bariatric surgery and Cosmetic surgery. My fee is $4999.00 and I don't pay on anything until the day I arrive for the surgery. I'll stay one night in the hospital and two nights in a hotel. I need a surgery partner

  7. You should try taking B12 shots once or twice per week. I take it like that and have alot of energy. What your body doesn't use from the shots your body will flush it out.
  8. Thank you @@tdahere if you take some pictures while your there please do share
  9. Wow! Thats the cheapest one I've heard so far. Thanks I'm going to check out his website now
  10. @@smb0187 I pray that you are having a fast and easy pain free recovery after your gastric sleeve surgery. I'm thinking about getting mine done with Dr Fernando Garcia too. I like that he does the single incision laparoscopic sleeve. Let me know how it all went when you are ready ok? Thank you
  11. @@Brn2blossom I go get my injections at a local weight loss clinic. I googled to find places in my area that gives vitamin injections and found a few.
  12. Thanks @@Kindle and @@Rocky1 I will look into that alternative sounds great.
  13. @@daniela1975 with the injections you get 100 percent of the vitamins in your body and quicker than the pills. I can't handle big long pills. I like it alot so far. You start to feel it within a matter of 15 to 30 minutes. Two times per week verses seven days per week...... thank you all for your comments
  14. Taking the injections will be better for me instead of swallowing a bunch of pills on a daily bases. With the injection shots its only one to two times per week. I can handle that better. Right now I'm getting it done at a local clinic for $15 dollars per shot each. and i take three different shots twice per week. It costs Way too high for me to keep going that route so im planning on getting it as a kit and administer it myself. The only pill I will take is the Biotin 10,000.
  15. Has anyone taken B-12 injections after the gastric sleeve surgery? I ask because I'm thinking about buying everything possible in the form of injections/needles. Also Biotin 10,000?

  18. @ how much does Dr Garcia charge for the SIL gastric sleeve surgery and where is he located? Thank you
  19. @@RDYNEWME Do I know what your saying.... Yes! My husband is so jealous its insane! I feel like while I'm big he is happy with me being this way because he knows no other real/good man would want me. If I try to do my hair he'll say who your trying to impress? If I go on a diet he'll say who I'm trying to lose weight for? I work nights so every day he asks me if im cheating on him. I feel like he wants me to stay this way so no one else would notice me. Like he doesn't care how I feel or look as long as I'm here with him and working and paying all of these damn bills! I have major work to do on my mouth as well and I seriously believe that if he had the money to pay for the implants he wouldn't do it to help me. We've been together for almost 15 years now. I'm planning on getting the gastric sleeve surgery done in Tijuana Mexico and now everyday he comes home telling me stories from other people he knows who got the gastric sleeve surgery done to try and scare me. I refuse to let my husband dictate my life and future. If we do split after the surgery, then its for the best because I want to be with someone who wants me to feel good and look good. I'm only 32
