Has anyone experienced an excessively itchy scalp? No dandruff and the hair falling out has decreased but my scalp itches like crazy. I eat between 900 and 1100 calories a day.

I'm still dealing with the weight stall from hell. I'm getting my protein and moving more (than I was when all I could do was lay in bed). Trying to stay positive, this will pass. I hope so anyways.

I won't see my surgeon again either. Once surgery was done I was handed over to the nurse practitioner. I didn't mind as I thought my doctor was kind of smarmy. I had my labs done prior to my follow up but it was my primary that ordered them. I was very happy I had them though due to the issues with exhaustion I was having. Speaking of that, it seems like the extra vitamins are working. I feel like a normal functioning person again. Even did zumba yesterday. Zumba taught me I can't salsa. It was a bit humilating. I think I'm rambling. ... but I have one more thing. A gf came over tonight and picked up all my remaining old clothes. My closet is cleaned out of size 24, 22 and 20. She was a little upset that the larger sizes fit her. I felt bad because i totally understood what she was feeling. I've walked in those shoes for so long. We talked about bypass and the ups and downs. It certainly is a roller coaster ride but im finally to a point that I'm happy I did it. Sleep well gladiators. I hope we all wake up a little lighter.

Good for you, supporting a cause you believe in and now being able to take those stairs on! Everyday is reason to rejoice. Even when I'm exhausted and popping vitamins like a drug addict I'm still finding joy in the changes in mind, body and spirit since surgery.

It's a good reminder for me when you say we are fighting for our health. The battle always seems to be with the scale but honestly the reason I initially did this was health related. My A1C is now in the pre-diabetes range as opposed having diabetes which is where it was before surgery. I need to focus on that number and keep it moving down. You look great, I love that skirt!

This is today's purchaser. It's from JC Penneys size extra large in regular women sizes. I can't believe how much less expensive clothes are. My mom said i can pull this off but need to break out the spanx. I love her honesty.

@@Shadow427 the dress is from Torrid. I'm in a 0 or 1 now. I'm ready to move down to regular sized clothing but have no idea where to shop. Feeling a little stressed about that.

Have been feeling down due to the scale not moving. I found a picture from before and one I took yesterday. This is making me feel a little better.

I have taken to washing my hair every other day. It took a while for my hair to adjust to the new schedule but it did. I know I need more Protein and I've decided that if something doesn't have substantial protein it's not going in my mouth. This may also help me with energy levels. My doctor seems to think so anyways.

Beni I have been losing a healthy chunk of hair daily with my shower for the past couple of months. I wear my hair up mostly these days and pray that I'm not bald anytime soon.

Dr visit went okay. I got a b12 shot, prescription d2 and a slew of blood work ordered. Also I'm back on a protein drink a day. Bronx, you look great.

I have my six month follow up today. They will also review the labs that my primary reviewed with me. I hope they have a little more insight as they are the experts with bypass. Just taking B12 and D3 has not cured this exhaustion.

My scale is moving slow and I had bypass. I'm feeling a little timid about posting as so many are so much further. My B12 and vitamin D are very low. I'm exhausted and waiting for this fog to lift.

Good morning all. I haven't been on here much this last month have had a lot going on in my life. A dear friend fell I'll and ended up in ICU with an infection in his heart. Theres been a lot of stress and I have found that I put my own health and weight loss on the back burner. Needless to say, weight loss is non existent and I'm depressed as hell. Trying to find myself again and get back on track. I'll be reading and catching up with all of you over the next couple of days. I really want you to know how much I've missed my weight loss family.

Yes, I've yet to feel a difference. I think it will be one of those things where you wake up and look at yourself and say, "oh my, look at me, I did it".

I've spent the last couple of days listing clothes on eBay. What doesn't sell goes to the thrift store. Such a good feeling to be cleaning out my closet. I even went and grabbed all my son's Under Armour that he doesn't wear anymore. Feeling pretty happy, still exhausted but happy.
