Before And After Gastric Sleeve Surgery Photos
this is my new and improved before and after! i had my surgery september 18 so about 4.5 months ago. as of now i've lost 73 pounds!! my heighest weight was 322 and im now 249. im starting to definitely see the changes in myself. its taken me a while to see the results but my sizes dont lie! i can almost fit into a 14 which is honestly mind blowing. if you havent had the surgery yet dont hesitate. it sucks sometimes yeah when you get sick from food and what not but the results are definitely real. i never thought i'd be this size again. im so proud of myself. though i have been in a stall for about a month so i need to figure out how to get the scale moving again. but im very pleased with how i'm looking these days! everyone else here looks fantastic as well <3 <3

can you tell?
im sure some of you have the same mental block as i do. i know the scale says i've lost 40 pounds which is awesome! and my family tells me they can see it. but i dont think i see it yet! i wish i could see my own progress but i see myself all the time i think i look the same. does anyone else have the same thing? i know i'm only a little over 2 months post op but i still feel like i look about the same. but i've heard that the heavier you are the more weight you have to lose to be able to start noticing. i started at 322 and im now at 282 which is awesome i just cant tell myself and i wanted to know if my fellow sleevers could see a difference that im not seeing! haha also what kind of workouts do y'all do? i havent been working out as much as i want to but i really want to start! if anyone has any good tips for workouts please let me know! pictures on left is a few days after surgery and pictures on the right is from today

1 month post op and kind of struggling
he told me that i had to really try to get more calories in and i did tell the nutritionist that i vomit alot and she said thats normal and that my eyes are still bigger than my stomach which is true because i always eat like 1 or 2 to many bites and end up throwing up. i dunno its weird and my stomach itself doesnt hurt at all i feel like its making a great recovery from the surgery its just im always vommitting but i know its because i take to many bites before realizing it. its just hard guys im sure you all know.

1 month post op and kind of struggling
okay y'all. tomorrow on the 18th i'll be exactly a month post op. which is exciting for the most part. im in that annoying 3 weeks stall first of all which ive been reading about lately. i saw my doctor last week which he said was early to have an appointment but they set it up so i went anyway. he told me i wasnt getting enough calories per day. im supposed to be having atleast 1000 a day he said by now but i've only been having like 300 a day. as everyone who has had this surgery they know what i mean when they dont actually feel hunger anymore. which is still super weird to me. but almost every single time i eat i vomit. it doesn't hurt that bad i just know that its weird and i dont like it lol someone please if you have any advice on something i can do to get proper nutrition in without vomitting everytime i eat that would be awesome. i've been lacking on my Protein shakes but i'm working on it. any advice would be appreciated.

doing okay but frustrated!
Well, I was sleeved 9/18/14 im 11 days post op. when i weighed myself a week post op i was surprised. as much as my family tells me i look like i've lost weight i dont see it. but when i weighed myself a week post op and to now i've lost 20 pounds since. i know thats good news and i should be super excited which i am but im just so frustrated with this liquid diet. im on full liquids now which is better than the Clear Liquids. i swear if i never have broth or popsicles again i would be totally okay with it lol. i guess its just hard because im so tired and weak all the time. can someone please give me some advice on what they took or ate during their full liquid diets. any good suggestions on Soups or anything with more taste or something.
