Thanks...mine is 1200 calories 3 protein shakes , 2 protein bars, 5oz of lean meat n 2 cups of non starchy veggies. Which the meal it's self seams like alot. So I've done 3 to 4 ozs of lean meat n cup n half of veggies.

I started my preop diet today. It's going pretty good. The next two weeks are going to fly by. Can't wait to be on the losers bench.

Yes I'm finally home from the procedure n it was over with quickly.

Today is my EGD. Kinda nervous about it but looks like the procedure won't take to long. I'm currently sitting at the surgical center waiting to be called back.

Christo5 I have been approved for surgery and currently waiting at dr office to have my EGD done. I have Cigna.

@norcowboy thanks I actually just got my date. Looks like I'll be a Nov sleever! So excited but my anxiety is setting in now. I have my EGD in a week and hoping there is no issues.

Well my EGD has been scheduled and waiting to hear back from surgery coordinator to setup surgery. I'm so nervous n excited. Ready to start this new chapter in my life.

@@resipsa89 I spoke with someone from Cigna yesterday and they said it was sent in as inpatient procedure. I've read the same things on the message boards. I was thinking about calling again on Friday. Good Luck to you as well. ☺

My stuff was submitted last Monday and I was told it could take 30 days not really sure why. I've seen other people post they had approvals within 5 days.

I have Cigna Open Access Plan. Have you had surgery or are you preop?

I have completed all of my requirements for Cigna. Just wondering how long the approval process will take. Anyone have any issues with Cigna?
